Recur privacy policy
Recur does not collect your data.
Recur is provided by RCR Solutions Ltd and works on your device without an account, advertising, analytics or tracking.
Information used by Recur
Your exercise definitions, schedules, set progress, completion history and display preferences (Focus size and main screen) are stored locally on your device. Recur does not transmit this information to RCR Solutions or a third party.
Storage and Apple services
Removing Recur removes its local exercise data and display preferences. Recur has no manual import or export and does not operate a cloud account or sync service. Your iCloud or computer backups may include Recur’s data. Those backups are managed by Apple’s device and backup services, not by Recur.
Third-party software
Recur uses native Apple frameworks and includes no third-party software development kits. It does not contain advertising or analytics tools.
Support and this website
If you choose to use the separate support form, we receive the email address, message and any optional name or device context you submit. This information is not collected by the Recur app. We use it only to consider and respond to your support request and to maintain reasonable records of the correspondence.
Support messages are stored on our server. Our hosting and security providers may process website requests and stored correspondence on our behalf. We use ntfy for a generic notification when messages arrive; the notification contains no sender details or message content. We do not sell this information. See our website privacy information for technical processing details.
Retention and requests
We keep open enquiries while they need attention and automatically delete resolved messages after 180 days. You can request earlier deletion. Deleted records may remain in restricted backups for up to 30 days. Use the Recur support form to contact RCR Solutions Ltd with a privacy question or request review or deletion of information you previously submitted. There is no Recur account or remotely stored app data to delete.
